Service Life:
The service life of your China Mobile Prepaid SIM card may be extended indefinitely by the purchasing and loading of airtime vouchers which depending on their denomination will provide a service life extension and all subsequent airtime credit will be carried over into the next validity period.

Checking Your Credit:
You may inquire as to your remaining credit by dialing 1380013800 with your cell phone. (Free of charge) If you've used up all your credits, you will only be able to call this number from the same number.

Recharging Your SIM Card:
The China SIM Card can only be used when properly recharged. When your account balance is less than RMB15 yuan, the system will alert you to recharge your Card when you make phone calls. Using the rechargeable card, you can recharge your China SIM Card timely and conveniently. The rechargeable card is available at mobile phone Points of Sale, agents’ offices and our shopping cart. The face value of the rechargeable cards are RMB50, 100, 300, 500 yuan. Please scratch the covered area of the card and an 18-digit number will be revealed which is the code of your rechargeable card. Please recharge the card using the following steps:

• Scratch the covered area of the recharge card, exposing the 18 digit recharge code.
• Dial the recharge number of 13800138000 with the handset using your own Shenzhouxing SIM Card.
• Select the language: either 1 for Mandarin or 2 for English.
• Select service: 0 for operator assistance, 1 for recharging, 2 for balance inquiry, 3 for change of user password and 4 for report of loss and withdrawal of this report.
• Then select the recharge option which is option 1.
• You are prompted to enter your recharge code.
• After you enter your 18 digit code, the system will announce your latest balance and expiry date.
